Its the first day that people go to school at UA, as we know Bakugou now knows that Izuku as a quirk, they end up in the same classroom which sucks for Katsuki but it gives Izuku a chance to get closer to Bakugou. Its 8:40am, Bakugou was the first person to be in the classroom, of course already half of the class was in the classroom already.
