He scoofs, a low growling noise coming from him as the chains rattled when he sat back up, not liking anyone's presence in general

She then bent down, causing her uniform to tighten around her body, as he now saw her more figured silhouette, she then placed the clipboard down and looked him up and down.

He leaned back so his back is against the wall, he was almost tempted to spit in her face to show his displeasure....but he didn't

She then placed her hand on his stomach and started feeling at it, her deep but nice voice finally spat out, as she continued to examine his body.
"Your body, its..underweight and you need food, you smell absolutely disgusting and you need to be clothed better."

He couldn't mutter another word till the collar he was wearing shocked him....surprisingly the last doctor who monitored him forgot to deactivate it, so now until they get it off him it will always shock him fi he gets to aggressive

She then got up and very quickly walked over to her computer and started typing, like very very quickly, then after she was done, she grabbed a knife and walked over to him and bent down.
"I'm not gonna hurt you just stay still."
She then grabbed the collar and started cutting through it.
She then put the knife down and looked at him then got on top of him and wrapped a hand over his eyes, she thought that would calm him down a bit as she picked up the knife and continued cutting it as she was almost done.
"If your scared, you may hug me. Or do whatever is necessary for you to calm down."
