Got it, thanks. It's helpful to know that the "move 1 or 2 letters" advice isn't necessarily good enough. Now that the jam voting is over, I've updated the game to use a new hint system to Chapters 2-5 which hint at which letter(s) should be moved. Hopefully this helps future players from getting stuck.
