Regarding the girls that can switch between classes, I think I could do that, but I need to check some things. Not looking at the coding I can say that is possible to have into the next upcoming update. Thank you for the suggestion!
Regarding the MP restoring, except from special events or the boss rush mode, I haven't planned other means to full recover MP to maintain a certain degree of difficulty. The current methods to recover MP, aside of items, are skills and equipment.
