Really don't know what to tell you, mate. If it was a new version I would look into it but this version is out since May, I figure hundreds of Android users played it already with no problem.
1. Can you try on a PC?
2. Do other Renpy titles work for you?
3. Version 0.3 will be released in a few weeks, maybe it will play better on your phone.
