It was Peter's 17th birthday and he. was. bored. He sat on his throne cushioned in between his parents, resting his chin into his hand and trying his hardest not to just fall asleep-after all, that wouldn't be proper. He didn't understand it-what was the point of having a party if he wasn't allowed to participate in it?
