Thanks for reporting, will fix this in the next version.
So far you can only play in the intro and the intention is to make the player familiar with the perversion-system and to give him a preview on high-perversion-level-scenes (like the one at the orgy). In the main-game you will have (at least) 3 quest chains. If your perversion is not high enough to continue with one chain you will have to follow another one a a little.
There won't be any grind (like get fucked by 50 orcs now, otherwise you can't proceed further). The perversion-points will only be granted by new scenes from story- and side-quests that you see for the first time.
