One thing to be aware of, is that the girl cards have been barren for me regarding water girls, and there is a side quest that wants me to level up two water girls. I have been at one level up for the last few days.
It would be helpful if the algorithm that selects girl cards in chests you win in the tower are selected to be useful toward the quests.
I am happy this is happening on a side quest instead of an event quest, but the threat such a thing could happen worries me.
