Kaz sat crosslegged across from Lukas, voice soft
"...Come here, big bad..."
Lukas whimpered
"...It's ok...no one's mad at you..."
Kaz ignored him, focusing on Lukas
"It's ok, Lukas. I promise, it's ok....."
Lukas slowly crept closer to him, ears still flat against his head and tail drooped
"Hf-"
Lukas shrank back, a low growl forming in his throat
Kaz: "Lukas-"
He whimpered and crawled into Kaz's lap, nuzzling into him and hiding. Kaz petted his ears, calming him down
"Shhh...it's ok..."
"Nnn..."
He whined loudly, tears streaming down his face
