That's strange. Even if you don't accept her advances, the 7th event should trigger regardless by speaking to her in the evening. And no worries about the version you downloaded, only 0.3 is up for android at the moment.
No problem, let me know if it works! You shouldn't need to start a new game and I haven't found any issue with that particular event. As long as you've gone past the battle with Chezerik and seen her 6th event, it should trigger. And just in the case the language isn't clear, you need to speak to her in the afternoon/evening, not at night.
