I quite like the concept of the game, and how easy it is to wreak havoc in the environment, as well as the different weapons you have at your disposal, it makes for a chaotic and fun experience. I think though that the way the panic works is a bit confusing, it seems like you basically have to hit a person with the disaster, rather than hit near them to scare them, which is a bit confusing to grasp. Also, sometimes things don’t go where you aim them and hit random other buildings instead, which can also be a bit confusing.

People have a percentage of panic that increases when a disaster strikes near them. 
0-5 meters means 100% panic and maxRange (of the disaster) means 1% panic :)))
