It do be loud, but not the annoying type of loud. I've definitely heard worse through my gaming life time. Music is really good though and graphics are great!
The main issue I think is that beating every level the exact same way, being here by shooting randomly everywhere and fast, is not necessarily fun. It was fun at first, but it made the game too easy to beat. You could make the hardest or easiest layout, they can be beaten the exact same way, which hurts diversity a lot and makes the game feel repetitive.
With some tweaking to remove the "shoot everywhere, beat any level" issue, this could be an even better game! You could keep some where you have to shoot everywhere to beat, but in a way that wouldn't work on all levels.
