Hi there, thank you for taking your time to write all this ,it is really appreciated!
I'm working right now in the next update and thinking about changes to do regarding the power level, so these suggestions actually are really precious to me. The reason why some characters are a little weak regarding others is because some of their abilities (specially after their Class changes) are meant to be more useful in future stages, or for specific situations in which it should make easier some fights (for example, I'm planning to make an area where one can grind so Calli's skills turn to be more efficient). 
Also I tried to make the first characters less focused in one role and able to cover more roles depending on what equipment they are given. while later characters focus in one kind of strategy and therefore will be stronger (for the tank role for example, Noel later on should be the one actually covering the role to its fullest)
Reading your comments I realize I've failed to design some characters even following my criteria, so I'll be looking more into that.

Imma start with the main 5. Calli's passive should be when she deal dmg instead of just normal attacks. Gura should have increase hit rate against boss because based on her current skillset she is the best boss killer out of all the myth. Amelia's time paradox need to cost 30mp instead of 50mp and have a 25% chance instead of 50%

time stop should be 2 turn long instead of 3 i think this will pretty much balance her out. Ina's kalumina should cost 60 and nerf the dmg and have it on the "PUNisher" only instead of both. Also her "have a low percent chance of causing confusion with her normal attacks" should be removed or make it into " Normal Attacks deals Void physical damage". Kiara just need a passive rework either change it completely or when she undie, she gain slightly increase stats and a small hp regeneration until the end of the battle.


Side note: aqua skill should get a revamp especially her final skill?( the one that cost 100tp,I forgot what it called haha)

After reading and making some considerations I think I'll take all advice as you suggested, with the exception of Gura. The reason is due to the
skills she gains a little later in game (next update for you that started with Ame) or earlier if you start with Gura.
I started the game as some sort just "shitposting", with skills being just memes and the game being easy,  just a bunch references to have some little fun. That being said, like you, many people find the game fun but "could be funnier if it was a little more challenging"
So yeah, now I'm in that process of making a silly game into a more serious game, gameplay-wise.
