you should take away the strangers calling your sims interaction , it doesn't make sense if a person your sim doesn't know or never meet is calling your sim
A small list of stranger's calls:
Wrong number calls. Prank calls. Scam calls. Solicitation calls (from a list you accidentally agreed to be on so long ago you can't remember).
Makes it fun. Or at least more lifelike.
