Is there any way to re-read the letters that your master sends you? I know I'm supposed to make potions but I didn't write it down and now I'm not sure.
You have a scroll icon which shows you your active quests.If you're that early on, try going to Bareshade and speaking to the shopkeeper there, he may suggest things to do!
