He laughed awkwardly, a little bit of tears leaking through the bottom of his mask

She looked up at him and reached up then pulled the mask up above his face as his face showed she felt bad, she placed a hand on his cheek and started wiping the tears off.

"Hey...don't cry...."

He couldn't really respond, he just looked at her with a face of guilt, his hands trembling, his heart pounding, and his eyes slowly drying up

"I-I Should s-stay away from y-you....i only b-brought trouble i-into your l-life..."

"Stop it..here.."

She looked up at him, smiling as she wrapped her arm around his waist and hugged him, smiling.

"Its okay...you didn't try to attempt that..the zombie did and I feel comfortable around you..Its okay, I know you think I should stay away but I won't..please just calm down..I understand you feel like you did something wrong but you didnt..I actually..want to thank you.."

He was slowly calming down, his eyes a little red, his heart starting to beat less and less fast, and one of his arms wrapped around her upper back

"For saving me from that zombie and for everything else...I'm sorry if I made you feel as if it was your fault but I promise its okay...I trust you..a lot..and you are a good person in my eyes..so I don't care if you think I should stay away because I'm just gonna come running back to you.."

He then crouched down slightly and wrapped both of his arms around her back, picking her up as he buries his face into her neck

She smiled and wrapped her legs around his waist, rubbing his back a little as he was hugging her.

"Your welcome sky.."

She smiled and continued to rubbing his back.

"Hey, let's head back to the tower, i'll come back and grab your supplies when i get you there, okay?"

He started smiling, rubbing his head against her's and rubbed her back as well
