you can't play alone. The host player's ip is the one you connect to. On a local wifi network you can see different ips of connected devices on the admin page of your router or somewhere in the settings of each computer. It's always different according to the situation so I can't help you. Modern games don't have direct ip connections anymore cause it's often a hassle.
