(......they're both deaf until their soulmate says something...if they are actually deaf then they wouldn't laugh about the pink and they would just move on not knowing their soulmate was literally in the same room)
(Oh that's true-the thing is though that for a lot of people who are born deaf it's difficult to learn how to speak-there are rare cases where people can learn to speak very well but for the most part it would be some words or not at all-)
(No not like fully but like maybe only one of them is deaf and then they hear for the first time when they meet their soulmate and their soulmate speaks-and that could also be interesting because what if they don't admit to it right away, what if they hide it-like you see what I'm saying?)
