This is such a great game especially considering you're a beginner to coding and game jams! The art style is super cute, which definitely adds to the project since you created it yourself. While playing the game, I did think it was quite technically impressive: Pygame can be hard to work with sometimes, so many of the gameplay aspects made me wonder how they were made using that library. I really liked the "swiping" control scheme: this is exactly the type of innovative controls that we envisioned when we created this jam.

I think the main area for improvement is Polish and the length of the game. I did run into one crash, but it's forgivable since it's  ✨Pygame✨. There is only one level, which makes the game short but sweet. Nicely done!

This is a short yet fun and cute game. The art is really well done. I would suggest adding a couple levels because the game is pretty short.

Great soundtrack, the overall game was fun. I just think the game should have been longer, maybe more levels.

Thank you!
My sleep-deprived self completely forgot to put this here but I got the music from a website called UppBeat!

The game is cute and fun. The music is fantastic. I just wish that it has more gameplay and not just end abruptly.

I'll keep that in mind, thank you!
I was so sleepy I forgot to include the link to the music, as it's not mine.
