Oculus App Lab Keys are available again Sticky

Due to Facebook/Oculus decision I am not allowed to offer an App Lab key anymore for new purchases on itch.io.
People who already purchased the game are still able to claim their App Lab key but I can't give keys with new purchases anymore.

Apparently it was miscommunication from FB / Oculus and I am allowed to distribute App Lab keys again.

You should now be able to claim your App Lab key on itch.io after your purchase.

There is a Get Oculus Key button on your download page. Click on it and you will get your App Lab key.
You can then redeem your key here (you must be logged in with your Oculus/Facebook account) : https://secure.oculus.com/redeem-code/

I tried activating the app with the key i got but I got an error

"unknown error has accurred when redeeming the code"

So I am confused, I had already activated my key given from purchasing a couple of months back, how do I get access to applab so I can have it on my quest and not have to redownload updates from itch.io

You probably got a Rift key.
Send me a proof of purchase at support@deisim.com and I will send you an App Lab key instead

So i Bought the game on itch and redeamed the code but it gave me the rift pc version not the quest version where do i get the quest 2 version the zip file does not do anything

Yes the key is for Quest 2 but if you purchased the game before the app lab release you may have a rift key.
if it does'nt work send me a mail with a proof of purchase at support@deisim.com and I will give you an app lab key instead

My key is also not working. I get a "syntax error" whenever I try to claim the key.

I have also sent you proof o purchase to rectify this situation.

Hello, I registered the key that shows on my account but I'm unable to install to my quest. I can't tell if the key that I had was for rift or quest but I only have a quest 2.

You should have the game in your Quest library otherwise you got a rift key so contact me for an app lab key
