he then put his jacket back on then turned back around and started walking up as there was one person in front of him, checking out.

he started fidgeting a bit, seemed like he just couldn't stay still or productive for that matter.

He turned around and smiled then grabbed the hair tie.
"Thanks...I forget to bring at least a small fidget toy when going to places like this..heh-"
He then turned back around and started figeting with the hair tie.

Oliver: It's okay- It happens sometimes. -he smiled-
After that one person it was his turn so he put the hair tie on his arm and placed the chocolate down, after he did he pulled out his wallet and started getting the money for it.
Oliver: -just waiting-

He then grabbed 3 dollars and handed it to her, after he did he got back 4 cents and he grabbed the candy and started walking away.
