Have you never heard of a fangame? If that was the case EVERY fnaf game would have been sued by scott cawthon. This isn't illegal dumbass, what is illegal is profiting off someone elses creation, which these guys are not. It isn't a copy, the game is a REMAKE in 3D. They already asked the original creators of among us if they could continue development of the game, assuming the creators never responded or said no, the imposters were given eyes and the crewmates turned into cats so they could continue development on this. Do some basic research before spewing shit out of your mouth.
