Amaya was in the courtyard. The dogs stalked towards her but she was staying calm...he watched as she gently held out a hand, letting them sniff-she was keeping her hands visible, where they could see. They towered over her, the dogs were huge to begin with but she was small-he wasn't sure how he hadn't noticed that earlier. The largest of the dogs, the leader-and the cruelest one of all, stalked towards her. There was murderous rage in his red eyes. But she held perfectly still. She didn't even flinch when he sniffed her, nostrils flaring. There was a brief, tense moment of silence, tension filling the air, and then-he sat on his hind quarters and looked down at her, tail wagging furiously and panting happily. She smiled and laughed a bit, reaching up and scritching him in between the ears
"Awwww...you're such a good boy!"
She giggled as he licked her cheek with his massive tongue, the other dogs circling around her and sniffing at her curiously, tails all wagging
