(Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease-so basically what we're seeing right now is the early stages of dementia setting in-He already has trouble with swallowing and he's most likely gonna start losing speech soon-he's also got some problems with stiffness and rigid muscles as well as periodic spasms-)
