Wowww there's a lot of content here. Superbly designed levels with tons and tons things to avoid. What I do really like here is the infinite lives as someone who is awful at platformers. Sound is great, sprites are awesome. Only thing I'd say would be like some cave ambiance or some like cave music would be cool, but this is a well designed and well put together piece. 10/10 would let a slime jump on top of me again.
