1. Make sure your character's png and xml files are called char (char.png and char.xml respectively)
2. Make sure that the animation names in the xml and the hscript match up
I had an outdated version of the game at first I only had .json files I updated to weekly 5 and now neither of the characters are working even though I added the hscript files
