How come they can't change character's color after downloading the latest version? Hmmmm? What I do is delete the SkateRide folder usually at my download folder so I can find it easy and then delete the SkateRide zip file (the one you have to extract to get the skateride folder and its contents). Delete my desktop shortcut of the game then download the latest version. After downloading the latest version, unzip then open and have fun. Progress stills the same since it is saved in different folder I guess? So don't worry on deleting the SkateRide folder you have and its contents. Just after you download the zip it will automatically get to your download folder. Just right click and "EXTRACT HERE" so its easy to find. As I've said progress will not be deleted and skater's color can be changed without any errors or whatnot. Hope this one help, hmmm sorry if it is way too long but that's how I download every latest version of the game (if a new version is available).
