Ell wasn't in school for the next week. If people really noticed the absence, they really didn't say anything.
-Keith decided on his feelings during that week (sort of) and decided to go visit ell to make sure he was okay-
He came to the door-Keith almost wanted to scream. The dark circles under his eyes had gotten worse-he wasn't wearing his usual baggy sweater-Keith could count his ribs poking out-he was just skin and bones.
"...oh...h-hey..."
"Hey...."
"W-What's up?"
He had his arms around himself, shivering-he was cold, he was always so damn cold-
"oh- nothing much... i just wanted to see you.."
-he pauses for a moment-
"Are.. are you cold?"
"U-Um-y-yeah, a little-"
"here.."
-he takes off his jacket and gives it to him-
"Better?"
"Oh-" He blushes
"Y-Yeah, thanks-"
He starts coughing
-he smiles a little-
"Lets go sit for a while.."
