The doctor was already upstairs and in Ishiro's room. "The thing is...that your friend Ishiro has-"

He sprinted up the stairs after the doctor
"N-NOTHING! I HAVE-N-Nothing..."

Ishiro smiled and said, "That's wonderful! So have you considered my offer? Will you live with me?"
"Nn-"
He blushed a little-and immediately started hacking up more petals, putting a hand over his mouth.
Ishiro looked at the doctor and said, "I thought that he was fine." The only thing that the doctor could respond with was. "It's hanahaki disease"
He couldn't even say anything, he was still coughing. He looked into his hand and realized he had coughed up a few buds-the disease was getting worse.
Ishiro picked Ell up and placed him in his bed. He got a bucket for him to cough into. "Who is it Ell? We can help you."
"I-I-It's...s-someone you don't know."
He had finally stopped coughing. There was a little bit of blood around his mouth
"Where are they?"
"U-Um-I-I...I don't-know..."
