I've been through 2 losses of pets and I went through the 5 stages of grief..denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance

and i guess advice for you would be to hang out with good friends or family, or if you're a loner then maybe watch your favourite movie
my favourite movie is kitten party I loved it since I was a child but the main character Whiskers reminds me of my deceased kitty
