Start of it.... I didnt have Graphics Card ..but I have 8gb RAM and i3 3240...
I saw my Graphics Card... it is Intel(R) HD Graphics 2500 4.0.0 - Build 10.18.10.4358
Looks like your card supports DX11 which is a good thing. In the game folder go to MonolithBay\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us\UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe. Install the Prereq and try to play again.
I re-install it and the game won't work either

Pls post a screenshot of the error message. Also, there might be solutions online. Try to search for 'ue4 LowLevelFatalError'
