Darien peered out his bedroom window and noticed the Carriage in the driveway. He let out a small sigh, running a hand through his hair before picking the bluebird up off of his shoulder and setting it down on it's perch. He smiled down at it 

"Stay here, ok?"         

The bird chirped in response, fluttering it's wings a little. Darien walked out of his room and headed to the throne room. A butler came to Adiran's carriage, bowing 

???: "Greetings, Your Majesty and Royal Highness, it is an honor to have you in our kingdom. Please follow me, King Andrean and Queen  Titania are expecting you in the throne room." 

Adiran's mother, Queen Genevieve of Voiennye, was accompanying him on his journey, as well as to present him to the king and queen of Liliya...and to make sure he would not hesitate in his mission.

as the butler finished speaking, Adrian walked past him while very rudely and unmannerly saying

“Slow. Be a little faster next time.”

He entered along with his mother, he looked around in irritation until they stood in front of the king and queen of Liliya, then he looked forward and changed from an annoyed expression to a serious one

The king and queen were sitting on their thrones, Darien standing at the window looking out, but he looked over when the door to the throne room opened. His eyes widened a little

Adiran noticed Darien, he looked over at him, Adiran’s eyes locked with Darien’s, his eyes seemed mesmerizing, almost like they were made to entrance people, make them never look away

He blushed looking at him, but managed to tear his eyes away after a moment 

King Andrean smiles 

"Welcome Your Majesties! It is wonderful to have you here not in a time of war, but of peace. Liliya is honored to accept this marriage alliance, and to enter into a time of unity with Voiennye."

Queen Genevieve smiled

“ please. The honor is all ours. Voiennye is proud  to call the kingdom of Liliya our ally.”

"Then let this be the beginning of a glorious new era for both of our kingdoms."      

Adiran catches some movement out of the corner of his eye. An adorable little fluffball of a bluebird is flittering around Darien's head, flapping it's wings quietly. It seems like the two are having a hushed argument

Adiran chuckled a bit before quickly shutting up and apologizing

“My apologies… it won’t happen again.”

His mother stared at him and quickly said

“I sure hope so…”

He sees Darien sigh a little before letting the bird perch on his shoulder. If it was possible for a bird to look smug, this one definitely does 

"Ah-it is no trouble...oh-but I have been inconsiderate-please allow me to introduce my son, Prince Darien of Liliya." 

Darien perks his head up, a bit startled at hearing his name, before walking over and bowing a little, smiling a small, shy smile. The birb flaps it's wings a little

He stepped forward and bowed

“It is an honor to be acquainted with you.”
