He follows Chip through the twists and turns of the castle until they reach they library. He runs in and reaches a mousetrap in a corner of the library. There's a small, brown and white spotted mouse huddled in a ball in the back of the trap, clearly terrified. Darien bends down, getting on it's level, and talks to it in low, soothing tones
"Oh no...hey-hey it's ok...you're safe, I promise...I'm gonna get you out of there..."
(Mans just actively preventing mouse cruelty-)
