First, answer, have you extracted the game from the archive? (needs to be extracted, or saved data won't work)
If yes then please help us figure out the cause of the problem by sending the following to our email (zodiacus.gm@gmail.com):
1. Press the "Open" button when an error appears, copy all the text into the file and send it to us;
2. Send all content from "Her New Memory/game/save" folder;
3. Write the specs of your PC: processor, video card, RAM, OS
