I did and then talked to Emee but it's still not there.
did tinker tell you to get it from emee?
Yes but she still doesn't have it. How many days do I have to wait for her to get it or do i do something?
what questline are you on with emee?
I'm not sure. when ever I talk to her she just says she is having a nice day. the last main quest i did was winter vibrations.
Then I don't know what else to do, I've finished it a while ago.
I had the same problem but it got fixed as soon as I talked with the first character.
