He had been sulking in the asement for a day or two. It didn't seem like he was doing anything bad

"Klaus, you good?"

He walks over and sits down next to him
"...why is everyone still...leaving me....."
"Who...?"
"O-One of my new friends...you....said they won't leave...b-but they did..."
