He looked at her and looked at his hand and started signing.
(sign language) "I-m deaf"
Elrian: uh-uhm what are you doing-? -he looks at him confused-
He turned away, grabbing his pencil and paper from his bag.
Elrian: ?
he grabbed it
"I'm deaf"
Written on the paper he showed it too her.
Elrian: o-oh- -she pointed to pencil basically asking to write something-
He handed the paper and pencil to her.
Elrian: -what she wrote: I'm sorry i didn't know, and sorry for waking you up, I've . . never seen a human before. If- that's what you are.- -she handed the paper and pencil back-
He read it and smiled a little then wrote
"Not a human, but this is my human form.."
Elrian: (im just gonna assume he handed it back to her) oh-? -she wrote: then- what are you-?- -she just seemed overall curious-
