The Blue Jelly monster is located in the Forest in the Pond area. You need to unlock the Pond by going to see Rose in Bareshade and taking the Nymph's Hair job. You then need to look around in the Forest until you discover the Pond.
while im searching on pond area and i found nymph instead many time, I'll try again next time thx u again Magnus
