Is there anyone who knows about the ste’s farm quest. Cause I’m trying to complete it or how you get it to activate.

"Where are you with Ste? Did you free him? Have you found the tunnel to his farm? Country Road triggers when you go to the farm and visit Bareshade with Ste, it's an option in his talk menu when you get enough likes and check at the right time of day."
