Known issues in 0.2.11

High score total being counted wrong in some cases
Multi-core enhancement technology not unlocking (?)
Being able to start researching previously researched technologies (?)
Top UI Dev & Res progress not updating when loading a save with no design or research in progress
Time not pausing when opening a window with a double-click (?)
Impossible to load mods for older versions in some cases
