Ok, so playing through again on android, it looks like the touch commands wont let you scroll down to where Annas name is in Outpost 16. I could just be ignorant of another way youre supposed to page down but if that was the intention i think renpy is keeping it from happening.

On the bottom of the "characters" screen on the computer, where they all say locked and "Queen" says on hold, there is a little symbol that just looks like an empty line, I think it's like "/--/" or something. You have to click on that to go to the next page. It's super unintuitive and should probably be updated to an arrow symbol or just say next page.
