She looked down at her still confused and choked up, it was weird and she didn't know how to stop her from crying herself.

She leans into Delilah, resting her head on her shoulder
Her eyes widened and she looked at her and hesitantly placed her hand on her head.
"S-Sorry.."
She smiles softly up at her-that sweet, beautiful smile
She blushed a little and looked away then moved her hand and looked back at her again.
"I-I..I-have to go inside or my mom's gonna beat me more worse then this.."
Her face falls a little but she nods
"B-But..I-I can get you i-in the house..she won't touch you, I promise.."
Her eyes light up and she beams at Delilah
