She shakes her head, frustrated

She nods
"So-So..you can't speak and you can't walk..well I mean, you can l-learn but I'm not in my best state to..teach..you.."

She looks at Delilah in concern
"B-But I would if I could..hehe.."
She was so anxious and shaky, her voice wasn't shaky but her hands and legs were. Not a lot just shakes that were very very shallow.
