Her eyes widen and she gasps a little, noiselessly-and the water starts flooding in. She chokes a bit and then quickly begins swimming up, struggling on her new legs, nearly drowning.
Pearl passes out. Ursula ends up leaving her unconsious body on the shore before slinking off into the ocean.

Delilah had finally begun to recover-although she still wasn't fully mobile yet, she could walk somewhat with the aid of a cane, and she was allowed brief walks along the beach before returning to the castle.
