New version deleted all the songs I was working on?

Is this an error of some kind? They are all gone, replaced by the demo songs that came with the software.

The music data file is stored in the music folder inside the Lovely Composer folder, and it will not be automatically migrated to the new version.

So, If you want to carry over the data, please delete the music folder in the new Lovely Composer folder and copy the music folder in the old Lovely Composer folder.

I think I may have done something wrong, because both versions have now the default files. Maybe I've accidentally overwritten my own songs?

I think it is unlikely that you will delete it. (But it is not good if you copy the folder in the wrong direction.)

Is the music folder you have open the same as before? Please check it.

Version 1.0.3 gives me an error on launch:

pyxel error: failed to initialize SDL Audio: WASAPI can't initialize audio client: The handle is invalid.

in 'Audio'

Any idea how to fix this? I see another post with a reference to 'use the shortcut' however in the zip file I downloaded there is no shortcut to use ^^.

Yup, same one. I don't exactly remember what were my steps when I tried to recover the lost tracks. Perhaps I accidentally deleted the old version Lovely Composer and that took the tracks away.
