Is there a character sheet for this based on the unique skills listed in the book? I bought this and wares and I feel I need to make a custom sheet.

Sort of, yes. I don't have an official Wasteland Worlds character sheet... at least not yet, I might have to change that!
However, there are sheets for the Fifth Edition Fallout hack I created. Those sheets should be completely compatible. There's a pdf (standard or form-fillable) or a google sheet you can copy.
