I love everything about this game, but I just had to cheat and open letter_translations.json to see how to make X... tbh, it was more fun decoding your notation (VrV2 = V+ twice rotated V = X) and backtracking through the chart (but how do I make V..?) than it was to try and puzzle it together. Mainly because there are many more ways to make X in my head. Perhaps letters are a bit too free-to-interpret for a factory game. Or: do a LOT of testing and add all possible ways of creating each letter that a player comes up with, within reason.
