So if said person was taking testosterone-
it takes about 5 years for treatment to be fully complete, and depending on how far along they may look more or less masculine-a year is really when things would start to change.
If it's estrogen-
the person would have developed breasts after a year of treatment, however same thing, takes about 5 years for the treatment to be complete. However, voices don't change when taking estrogen-the person would still have a much deeper voice
