I extracted everything using win-jar and when i try to start the game by running as administrator it brings up permissions and no matter what I put the game doesn't run.  I am very new to computer file stuff so some help would be greatly appreciated :D.

Are you extracting the jar? You're not supposed to, you're supposed to run the jar (or the corresponding application file).
