You can enable portals in the options, then add gas pills to food, then teleport the food into the girls you want to inflate.
Outside of that, you can do the pool event with Aria to inflate her with air, or have everyone but Aria and Yumi drink from sinks, or you can tell Yumi to fill up in the tub.
